Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center is the largest of the four Baltimore‑area Med Star Health hospitals and one of only four hospitals in MD to have achieved Magnet status four times.

• Tower 1: 48 bed medical-surgical unit specializing in post‑surgical care
• Tower 3: 48 bed medical-surgical intermediate care unit
• Tower 4: 48 bed medical-surgical cardiac telemetry unit
• Tower 5: 48 bed medical-surgical unit specializing in stroke and neurological illnesses
• Tower 6: 48 bed medical-surgical unit specializing in renal care

Evening/Nights Available

• Base Rate calculated based on working experience as a nurse
• Hourly Float Pool differential (X 12 hours)
• Night Differential (X 12 hours)

Three 12‑hour shifts & every 3rd weekend, holiday package

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 2 years of RN experience required, at least 2+ years of acute care experience in the last 5 years strongly preferred
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS a plus.
