Experienced Registered Nurse Neurology Telemetry Unit

Position

Full‑time RN on the Neuro Telemetry unit at Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center.

Neurological‑Telemetry / Medical‑Surgical unit: 48 beds, all private rooms including 20 telemetry beds. Patients include stroke, seizure, brain mass, neurosurgery, demyelinating diseases, and respiratory‑focused medical‑surgical population.

Three 12‑hour shifts (day or night) with every third weekend.

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
• Deliver or coordinate interventions with nursing team members.

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

USD $35.00 – $56.91 per hour.
