Registered Nurse Supervisor

Franklin Woods Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Catonsville, MD, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit(s) to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop, implement, and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy and wound care, per physician orders
• Monitor resident status, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR and compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead shift handoffs, assignments, and staffing coordination to maintain appropriate coverage
• Educate, mentor, and evaluate nurses and CNAs, promoting best practices and professional growth
• Collaborate with residents and families to communicate care plans, goals, and progress
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and safety initiatives across the facility
