Diesel Technician – 1st & 2nd Shifts

Baltimore, MD | Kenworth (All Roads Trucks)

Kenworth in Baltimore is hiring experienced Diesel Technicians on 1st and 2nd shifts

Kenworth, Ford, or Isuzu experience is a plus.

• $25–$55/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
• Full-time with advancement opportunities
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. (shift assigned)
• Every 4th or 5th Saturday: 6:00–11:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed (work orders, parts used)
• Communicate with OEM/factory technical assistance as needed
• Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Prior diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred; Ford/Isuzu a plus)
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arm
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 50 lbs
