Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Clerk for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Roseland, NJ. This role supports on‑site office services within a professional legal environment, focusing on copy and print production, mail processing, document scanning, shipping and receiving, and administrative support.

• Operate high‑volume copy, print, scanning, and mail‑processing equipment to support daily legal office operations.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, shipments, and internal document deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Perform document production, binding, finishing, scanning, OCR processing, file formatting, and quality control checks.
• Handle confidential and time‑sensitive legal documents with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
• Maintain office equipment through basic troubleshooting, toner replacement, preventative maintenance, and supply monitoring.
• Respond to customer inquiries, track service requests, maintain logs, and coordinate projects to meet deadlines.

• Pay Rate:
  Up to $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
