We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Innovation Sourcing (New Categories) to join our Product team, reporting to the VP of Product Development & Sourcing. This role is responsible for sourcing-led product development across new and emerging product categories, with a strong emphasis on co-manufactured and white-label products.

This role owns the path from developing a provided product brief through commercialization and available-to-purchase readiness, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility, quality, cost, and timelines are aligned. This is a full-time position based in our Roseland, NJ office, with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site.

• Own the end-to-end development of new products from early concept through available-to-purchase, with a sourcing-forward approach to feasibility and execution.
• Translate product briefs into clear sourcing strategies, including co-manufacturer identification, cost targets, MOQs, timelines, and key risks.
• Identify, vet, negotiate with, and onboard suppliers and co-manufacturing partners; lead RFIs/RFQs, sampling, pilot runs, and scale-up planning.
• Partner closely with FSQA to ensure regulatory, labeling, and food safety requirements are incorporated early and fully understood, maintaining full project context.
• Collaborate tightly with the Program Manager and cross-functional stakeholders by providing clear status updates, documentation, and decision inputs that enable smooth handoffs into purchasing, logistics, and go-to-market execution.
• Build and improve sourcing and product development processes, documentation, and strategies.

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing-led product development within food, beverage, or CPG.
• Demonstrated experience working with co-manufacturers and/or white-label partners, including feasibility assessment, negotiation, and commercialization; extensive relationship-management work with partners the world over
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity through execution.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with comfort evaluating cost drivers, tradeoffs, and supplier capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to drive clarity and alignment across functions.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-growth environments where processes are evolving.
• Proficiency with project management tools (we use ); experience with ERP, PIM, or similar systems a plus.
