Reporting to the Sr. Director of Competitive Success, this individual contributor role is responsible for providing strategic and direct competitive support to cross-functional teams and acting as a deal strategist for key sales processes.

This Competitive Success Sr. Manager will be responsible for sharing insights, areas of opportunity and results with BU Sales and help increase confidence vs. select competitors and will:

• Increase Sales confidence via managing Win Rooms, Strat pods, competitive takeaway programs, new hire training and 1-1 deal strategy sessions
• Provide direct deal support to sales associates and business consultants.
• Curate competitive content, including battle cards, talk tracks, playbooks and  comparison pages. Leverage existing tools, content, and subject matter experts to curate Competitive Success outputs.
• Develop an advanced understanding of strengths, weaknesses
  , technologies, and trends to become the competitive positioning subject matter expert.
• Prepare qualitative analysis of competitor-related win/loss scenarios and relevant point-in-time, client-facing feedback using various sources to present findings and potential strategies to BU partners.
• Supports multiple business units and 3 or more competitors

Requirements:

Education/Knowledge/

Experience:

• Experience in cloud HCM industry B2B sales or consulting roles, preferably with familiarity with ADP products and processes.
• A successful track record of business-to-business sales/sales consulting experience (3+ years), excelling at client interactions.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially for a globally distributed team.
• Well-organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects and meeting deadlines.
• Executive presence to gain the confidence of business leaders with stellar presentation skills.
• Excellence in documentation and process management.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits:

* Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
