Associate:
Milbank LLP is seeking Associate in New York, NY. Pos req JD, LLM or foreign equiv + 2 yrs exp in offered pos or related occuptn. 2 yrs exp must incl:
Conduct legal due diligence exercises;
Draft stock & asset purchase, merger, & busines combo for domestic & cross-border transactions;
Prepare charters, by-laws, LLC Agreements, corp resolutions, & corp officer certificates;
Execute M&A & PE deal closings. NY bar admission req. Salary Range: $365,000/yr.
