Position Overview
ADP Technology Services, Inc. is hiring a Principal Architect located in Roseland, New Jersey.

- Develop strategies and roadmaps to ensure optimal performance and productivity of ADP Associates.
- Design cloud architectures for high availability, automation, resilience, scalability, and security.
- Promote innovative technology and best practices for business units and enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Govern current and strategic architectural blueprints, establish standards, test plans, and design templates.
- Provide technology analysis, recommendations, and business case development for client requests.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of related experience.
Work Experience
- Four (4) years of infrastructure architecture experience across network, compute (physical/VMware), database, and storage.
- Open Stack advanced designs.
- Infrastructure as Code or software‑defined infrastructure solutions.
- Cloud designs focusing on resiliency, high availability, and security.
- Cloud migration strategies, cloud computing, virtualization, Linux system administration, Kubernetes foundation, and cloud automation.
- Cross‑functional teaming and coordination with other IT disciplines.
- Experience with VMware to Open Stack migrations and AWS cloud services.
- Team collaboration with courageous dialogue.
- Deliver at an epic scale with user‑centric outcomes.

- Take ownership and solve complex problems.

Base salary range: USD $ – USD $ / Year* (compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws).
