WFMgr Time Clocks Implementation Consultant – ADP Global

ADP Workforce Manager Consultant

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice. This is a project-based consulting opportunity acting as an ADP Workforce Manager Consultant with expertise in Attestation and Time Clocks consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights on the challenges and pain points identified by the local team. (Pending details with local business)
• Review the current clock placements, identify any operational challenges, and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Recommend best practices for clock placement based on Entry/Exit locations.
• Explore alternative options for physical clocks, such as dynamic QR codes for clock-in/clock-out functionality.
• Discuss the implementation of geolocation tracking.
• Address performance issues related to nonexistent fingerprint for employees that require biometrics.
• Examine building/location capabilities in relation to network connections.
• Consider alternative solutions like QR codes and geofencing, in addition to traditional clock systems.
• Gather requirements/specifications, etc. to offer options to client with timekeeping needs
• Complete analysis and present recommendations
• Support the current Americas Teams as well as Global Teams.

Required Qualification(s):

• The consultant will need expertise in time clock setup for ADP WFMgr
• Has at least 5 years of configuration experience with either ADP WFMgr or UKG Pro WFM clocks
• Can lead the project and facilitate proper testing
• Experience configuring ADP time clocks
• Experience configuring Attestation rules and policies
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus

Duration:

This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date of with an initial duration through June 2025, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort:

20-40 hours per week depending on project requirements.

Working Hours:

Location flexible, ability travel to Mexico and work in the local time zone required
