We are looking for a senior ITOM & CMDB Architect to lead Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM alignment for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement ITOM and CMDB solutions
- Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Drive CMDB health, normalization, and CSDM compliance
- Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure observability
- 8+ years of Service Now experience
- Strong ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping background
- Hands-on experience with CSDM frameworks
- CIS-ITOM or equivalent certification preferred
