• Bachelor's degree required; experience in a law firm, legal tech, or technology environment is a plus
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Quick to learn new technologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Passionate about the intersection of AI, legal technology, and knowledge management

• Test and evaluate AI tools, document findings, and support firm-wide AI initiatives
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources, SharePoint sites, and work product libraries
• Create training materials and help attorneys adopt new technology and AI tools
• Support legal technology, knowledge management, and innovation projects across the firm
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to improve workflows and information sharing

• AI and knowledge management tools are adopted effectively across the firm
• Knowledge resources remain organized, accessible, and user-friendly
• Technology initiatives improve efficiency and enhance attorney workflows
