• Participate in relevant aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Work with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, create features, prioritize and size the backlog, and ensure user stories are fully groomed prior to development.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical SMEs to formulate the product feature roadmap.
• Develop strategic initiatives in support of high-level business objectives.
• Conduct structured analysis according to Agile SDLC standards and prepare analysis documentation, including user stories, use cases, or other requirements documentation.
• Understand and document current processes, identify potential optimizations, and work with developers to define future state.
• Facilitate demos and walkthroughs to gain consensus from the business on design and implementation of product features.
• Assist sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to document and design alternative solutions if needed to satisfy user, business, statutory, and system requirements.
• Assist in testing the features developed by the scrum team as needed.
• Assist in estimating and scheduling product or product tasks.
• Provide assistance to the IT Organization to troubleshoot and resolve problems and explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus five (5) years of related experience; a Master's degree with two (2) years of related experience also acceptable.
• Two (2) years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, Dev Ops practices, APIs, software testing frameworks, logging frameworks, MongoDB, Oracle, or Postman, Splunk or Pendo, technical issue troubleshooting, Visio, Envision Design/Diagraming, and building and reviewing test cases for feature certification.
