Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal (5-7+ years’ experience)

One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5-7 years of law firm litigation experience who can provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• client contact
• drafting of correspondence
• discovery demands
• subpoenas and motions
• case management of files
• organization/indexing of client documents
• New Jersey State and Federal electronic filing
• other tasks as required

Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and electronically stored information ("ESI") in connection with litigation is required, as is familiarity with electronic software packages such as Relativity and/or Everlaw.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required. An American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certification is preferred, but not required for this position.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
