Purchasing Coordinator
Our client, a well-established logistics company headquartered in West Caldwell, NJ is expanding and looking to add a Purchasing Coordinator to their team.
$57k - $62k
The Purchasing Coordinator will join an existing team of 4 staff while reporting to the Purchasing Director of the Northeast Region.
Responsibilities Of The Purchasing Coordinator:
- The Purchasing Coordinator will act as a buyer/purchaser within the Warehouse team.
- Track inventory and communicate with vendors.
- Manage and create Excel spreadsheets to track materials
- Assist the Purchasing team with distribution and logistics.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and senior management.
Required Experience/Skills For The Purchasing Coordinator:
- The Purchasing Coordinator will have 4+ years of hands-on experience.
- High proficiency in Excel and Sage.
- Familiarity with purchasing, buying, and inventory.
Education Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
