Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time position for the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The individual in this role will provide strategic leadership for the sales and marketing departments, oversee sales management operations, drive business development strategies, and lead account management initiatives. Responsibilities also include meeting revenue targets, building client relationships, and improving operational processes that enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and overseeing Sales Operations
- Experience in Account Management with a strong ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Expertise in Business Development and creating growth strategies
- Leadership skills with a focus on motivating and mentoring teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the solid waste industry is REQUIRED
