In this role you will coordinate services, support patients and families, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort and dignity.
Requirements include an active RN license, at least one year in a medical-surgical/acute setting, EMR experience, CPR, and a valid driver's license; pay ranges $43–$50 per hour.
