Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $ Annually
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to join our team in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our company in your assigned region. Your main objective will be to increase sales revenue and profitability by implementing effective sales programs and plans. You will be expected to manage the P&L of your region and ensure that all sales targets are met or exceeded.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry
- Proven track record of implementing successful sales programs and plans
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in managing sales operations in multiple regions
- Experience in managing remote sales teams
- Experience in implementing digital sales strategies and tools
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and profitability in your assigned region
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales programs and plans are aligned with the overall business objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
As a Regional Manager, you will need to have strong sales management skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective sales programs and plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and analyze sales performance data. You will also need to have strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Preferred qualifications include experience in managing sales operations in multiple regions, managing remote sales teams, and implementing digital sales strategies and tools. These skills will be used on a daily basis to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded and that the overall business objectives are achieved.
