We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer for a W2 contract opportunity in Roseland, NJ. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite mandatory), and only local candidates will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle on-prem databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX application development, along with frontend technologies and CI/CD exposure.

• 10+ years of professional experience in application development or technical engineering
• Strong experience with Oracle on-prem databases and relational database design
• Advanced PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, triggers, performance tuning)
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX, including:
• Region Types (Interactive Reports, Interactive Grids, Forms)
• Themes and Templates
• Security, Authentication, and Authorization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code quality automation, and unit testing
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
