Fusion Dance Centre. Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an organized and outgoing Receptionist for Fusion Dance Center in Roselle Park, NJ. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties such as greeting clients, registering students, answering phones, taking messages, and email correspondence. You may also assist with invoicing and accounts receivable. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of families, responding speedily to all customer issues.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Contact customers for past‑due balances (collection calls)
  • Help maintain the office calendar
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience with Quick Books software a plus
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with Google Drive/Google Docs

Schedule:

5‑hour shift, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00 pm‑8:00 pm;
Saturday 8:30 am‑1:30 pm. Weekend availability required.

Pay: $20‑$22 per hour.
