Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Roselle Public Library is seeking a part-time non-exempt Business Office Assistant for the Library's Business Office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 15 hours per week. This position is responsible for a wide range of clerical tasks and special projects related to Business Office functions including: ordering and checking in office supplies, handling meeting room scheduling for outside organizations, counting cash register money, typing, photocopying, sorting mail, and various other clerical duties.
Requirements:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; have good customer service and communication skills both verbally and in writing; ability to work independently and as a team; detailed oriented; and be able to handle confidential information. Knowledge of Lib Cal calendar software a plus, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with previous paid or volunteer experience in an office or administrative setting.
Pay range is between $15.10 - $18.88 per hour, depending on qualifications. Benefits for this position include holiday pay. There are no other benefits for this position.
