Job Summary

As a Technician at Jiffy Lube
- Roselle
- Store #235, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This is a full‑time hourly position reporting to the Store Manager, located in Roselle, Illinois. The role offers a competitive hourly compensation of $14.5, paid biweekly.

• Hourly rate of $14.5 per hour

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid top‑offs.
• Diagnose and repair engine, brake, and electrical systems as needed.
• Complete services in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and recommended maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Accurately document services performed and maintain accurate records of parts and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
