Showroom Sales Specialist and Demonstrator

In this part-time role as a Showroom Sales Specialist and Demonstrator, you will help create an exceptional customer experience by welcoming showroom visitors, answering incoming calls, demonstrating how our products work, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is a key part of that experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and balancing customer interaction with administrative support.

* * Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
** What You’ll Do
*** Welcome walk-in customers and create a warm, professional first impression
* Serve as the first point of contact for showroom guests and inbound phone calls
* Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
* Assist customers with general showroom questions
* Demonstrate how showroom products work in a clear, helpful, and customer-friendly way
* Help customers understand product features and connect them with the appropriate sales representative when needed
* Schedule appointments for customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently
* Use customer profile forms to gather information and help prequalify opportunities
* Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information in Market Sharp
* Make follow-up calls on leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
* Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
* Ensure brochures, displays, and customer materials are stocked and presented professionally
* Support the sales team by helping to create a smooth, exceptional customer experience.## Qualifications
** What We’re Looking For
*** At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, showroom, scheduling, receptionist, or similar customer-facing roles
* A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong verbal communication and people skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
* Strong computer skills required
* Experience in scheduling appointments and managing customer information accurately
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
* Comfortable learning and using Market Sharp or similar CRM and scheduling systems
* Confidence speaking with customers and demonstrating basic product information
* Ability to work independently while also supporting the team
* Knowledge of windows and doors is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
* Bilingual is a plus
