We are looking for a decisive, high‑energy leader to take on the role of Lead Property Manager. This is your opportunity to head the team that defines the GC Realty Experience for our property owners.
- Guide the Client Services Team:
Direct and mentor your department to ensure every property owner enjoys a world‑class experience. - Champion the GC Realty
Experience:
Uphold our elite standards in every interaction to provide a seamless journey for our clients. - Navigate Complex Challenges:
Serve as the definitive point of escalation, resolving high‑level client concerns with efficiency and poise. - Financial Oversight:
Perform comprehensive audits of owner statements, rental income, and arrears to deliver transparent financial clarity. - Drive Growth & Retention:
Align with client objectives to secure long‑term partnerships and unlock new portfolio opportunities. - Legal & Compliance Authority:
Direct the eviction process, manage legal documentation, and handle rental licensing to protect our owners' interests. - Interdepartmental Synergy:
Partner closely with Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting teams to streamline operations and eliminate friction. - Client Integration:
Facilitate a smooth transition for new partners through our dedicated 90‑day onboarding strategy.
- Leadership Background: A minimum of 3+ years in a management or supervisory role within the Property Management sector.
- Professional Expertise:
Thorough command of property operations, including leasing workflows, maintenance, and rent collection. - Technical Savvy:
Strong grasp of building systems, maintenance budgeting, and Landlord/Tenant statutes (including CRLTO/CCRLTO). - The "Own It" Philosophy: A proactive drive to take total accountability for projects from inception to completion with meticulous detail.
- Composure:
The ability to remain optimistic and effective in a high‑speed, dynamic work environment. - Communication Excellence:
Proficiency in managing sensitive conversations with diplomacy to foster lasting client trust. - Licensing: A valid and active Illinois Broker's license is a requirement.
- Education:
High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Salary:
Starting at $80k base + performance‑based incentives of up to 20%. - Benefits:
