Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50/hr
Shift: 1st (6AM-2:30PM), Mon–Friday, Sat if needed

What's a typical day as Assembly Worker? You'll be:
- Assembling a variety of mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
- Interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, assembly instructions, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Performing basic mechanical adjustments, alignments, and operating tests per product checklists.
- Verifying dimensional specifications, alignment, and functionality of parts.
- Installing electrical components such as switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
- Conducting visual inspections, identifying and rectifying discrepancies or defects.
- Documenting assembly processes, test results, and any quality issues encountered.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 6S standards.
- Recording production data daily and assisting in the training of less qualified employees.
- Communicating effectively with team members and reporting to the Assembly Supervisor.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Bring at least 1 year of assembly experience (required).
- Possess electrical and mechanical assembly skills.
- Can interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Are detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Are willing and able to wear steel-toed boots (required; other PPE provided).
- Are available to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
