At Roselle Animal Hospital, you'll find a trusted Medical Director, an experienced support team, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative culture where veterinarians can thrive. As our hospital prepares for an exciting remodel, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of our practice, providing input on space, workflow, and environment to create a hospital that best supports both our team and the patients we serve.
Located approximately 30 miles northwest of downtown Chicago, Roselle, Illinois, offers a welcoming blend of small-town charm and suburban convenience. Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $110,000-$140,000 (based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule), plus 22% Pro Sal bonuses.

~ Flexible work schedule; preference for those open to aligning with hospital hours of 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM on Saturday.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
Develop personalized preventive healthcare and vaccination plans.
Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture that supports teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care.
You communicate with compassion and clarity, helping pet owners feel informed, supported, and confident in their pet's care.
You bring strong clinical judgment and attention to detail when diagnosing, treating, and interpreting medical findings.
You are proactive about preventive care and passionate about educating clients to support long-term pet health and wellness.
