Sales Support Specialist - Architectural Facades

The ideal candidate will have a background in client relations and sales support and will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM tools,
Salesforce
, and Smartsheets. This role is critical in supporting our sales partners and internal teams to ensure that sufficient lead follow-up and regular partner calls to maintain support and clarity on projects and pipelines.
- Handling incoming calls and requests with a focus on customer engagement
- Telephone (pre-)consultation and follow-up on inquiries and proposals
- Independent management of email correspondence
- Qualifying and distributing customer inquiries and potential leads via the CRM system (
Salesforce proficiency required
) - Supporting the sales process by pro-actively following up on offers and project opportunities
- Conducting project research and preparing groundwork for future projects
- Collaborate with sales partners and internal sales teams to deliver exceptional service
- Creating reports and analyses of customer inquiries and sales activities
- Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system
- 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a related field
- Excellent English skills; any additional languages, especially German, are a plus
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like
Salesforce - Strong service orientation with outstanding communication skills
- Basic commercial and sales understanding to help drive projects and follow up on proposals
- Strong understanding of architecture and construction industry practices and workflows
