Pay Range: $65,000 – $90,000+ (Based on Experience, Performance & Certifications)

• Professional installation of residential and commercial garage doors.
• Install, test, and program garage door openers and accessories.
• Conduct safety inspections and adjustments for smooth, reliable operation.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Complete all digital paperwork, notes, and photos using a tablet.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction or recommend upgrades.
• Uphold company standards and represent the brand with pride.

• Proven experience in garage door installation—this is not a trainee position.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license & clean MVR.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders, and use hand/power tools safely.
• Knowledge of sectional, rolling steel, high‑speed, or fire doors a plus.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
• Saturday availability required.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field software preferred.
