Experienced Garage Door Install Technician

Location: Roselle, IL

Pay: $65,000 – $90,000+ (Based on Experience, Performance & Certifications)

We’re hiring NOW for an experienced garage door installer ready to hit the ground running. This role involves professional installation of residential and commercial garage doors, testing, programming of openers, safety inspections, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform professional installation of residential and commercial garage doors.
• Install, test, and program garage door openers and accessories.
• Conduct safety inspections and adjustments for smooth, reliable operation.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Complete all digital paperwork, notes, and photos using a tablet.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction or recommend upgrades.
• Uphold company standards and represent the brand with pride.

• Proven experience in garage door installation – this is not a trainee position.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders, and use hand/power tools safely.
• Knowledge of sectional, rolling steel, high-speed, or fire doors is a plus.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
• Saturday availability required.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field software preferred.
