- You’ll get to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and make smart improvements that actually matter.
- Solid team vibe – people pitch in, help each other, and respect the work.
- Stable, established company – Clarke’s been around a long time for a reason.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related operation.
- You are confident juggling schedules, vendors, paperwork, and shifting priorities without losing the details.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP or transportation systems.
- You communicate well with internal teams, outside partners, and leadership.
- You bring sound judgment, strong follow‑through, and a practical problem‑solving mindset.
- You can work in an office and warehouse environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- You have strong time management and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- You enjoy working independently but play well with others.
