Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule for this position:
Monday – Thursday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and Sundays, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (or until work is completed). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Comfortably work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Maintain continuous movement and work on feet for extended periods; be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce and inventory, as business needs dictate.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any instructions given by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must possess the visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely without or with reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Abide by all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
