Warehouse Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm and Sundays 7:00am - 3:30pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Be on the move, willing to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to our culture of safety by ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call) as business needs dictate.

While performing the duties of this job, you must be qualified to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. You will frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. You may need to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds and handle commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) using mechanical equipment.

Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots, which are the employee’s responsibility. The work environment may expose you to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana testing is not conducted).
