Sales & Financial Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Promoter and Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will promote our products and services and act as the face of our brand. Your responsibilities will include making presentations, networking with potential customers, generating excitement around our Hydraulic products and services, qualifying sales prospects, scheduling meetings,, quoting, providing general administrative support to our employees, invoicing, collection, and billing.

The person should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and Quick Books) and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

• Conduct presentations regarding our products and services
• Network and develop relationships with potential and existing customers
• Use word-of-mouth marketing to increase brand awareness
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and billed on time
• Account Receivable/Collection
• Answering phone
• Ordering Parts
• Quotation

• Previous experience as a Promoter or a similar position is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• An engaging, friendly disposition
• Quick Books: 1 year (Required)
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Account Receivable/Collection
• Fluent in English
