Math Coach

Job Summary:

This is a position is for Grace Wilday Jr High School for the  school year.

Qualifications:

* New Jersey Instructional Certificate (Math Certification)

* Minimum three years of instructional experience in mathematics;
Masters Degree in Education preferred.

* History of coaching both new and experienced teachers preferred

* Strong knowledge of NJSLS.

* Work closely with teachers to implement high-quality practices to improve mathematics instruction

* Ensure the implementation of a quality, standards-based curriculum and mathematics interventions

* Provide professional development through coaching and modeling to increase the number of effective or highly effective teachers within the school

* Work collaboratively with school leaders and teachers to collect, analyze and use data to continuously improve the instructional program
