Special Ed Inclusion Teacher

Job Summary:

This position is for Math/ELA Teacher position at Leonard V Moore Middle School for the  school year from February 11, 2026-June 30, 2026

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

* Provide inclusion support to students with IEP's within Grade 5 Math and ELA classrooms

* Collaborate closely with general education teachers to plan and deliver differentiated instruction

* Develop, implement and monitor IEP goals aligned to grade-level standards

* Use data to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

* Provide small-group and individualized instruction as needed

* Maintain compliance with all special education documentation and timelines

* Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings

* Support positive behavior strategies and social-emotional learning as part of the inclusion model

* Valid State Certification in Special Education (Grades 1-6 or appropriate certification)

* Experience with inclusion/co-teaching models preferred

* Strong knowledge of Grade 5 Math and ELA standards

* Ability to differentiate instruction and implement accommodations and modifications

* Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills

* Commitment to equity, inclusion and student-centered learning

Stipend/Salary:

REA Salary Guide Range

BA:
Step 1 $ 61,500.00- MA+30 Step 21 $
