Schedule:

Mondays & Thursdays, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (the family is flexible with scheduling as needed – main preference is that the service days are not back-to-back)

Pay: $23 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team to work in our clients home. Client is independent with communication and decision making. Staff member will need to be interactive and willing to take client out in to the community and do fun activities. The client would someone who will assist with job searches and completing applications.

This role is essential in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and experience with IDD is a plus. Staff will need reliable vehicle to provide transportation.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a group home setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Non Probationary Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle
