Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Roselle, NJ with 2–5 years in residential property management. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems while delivering excellent customer service.
You will respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours, work with colleagues on preventative programs and follow safety and housing laws. Evening/weekend on-call duties apply.
