Position: Administrative Aide 3

Legal Administrative Assistant

Trident Consulting is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Rosemead, CA (Onsite). This position is primarily focused on document handling and administrative support, including scanning, uploading, organizing, naming documents, mail pickup, sorting, distributing, opening, and time-stamping mail, and supporting high-volume document workflows.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience supporting attorneys or legal teams preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism

Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • Litigation legal experience. Regulatory would be a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Team Connect, Compu Law
  • Experience with document-heavy environments (discovery, productions, uploads)
  • Ability to learn systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
