Trident Consulting is seeking a " Administrative Support Specialist” for one of our client in " Rosemead, CA (Onsite)” A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title:
Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: M-F 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM PST

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity Verification Specialist to support identity verification processes by reviewing, tracking, and documenting verification requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling confidential information, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and escalating unresolved or negative verification results while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
  • Process identity verification requests for individuals
  • Follow up on submitted verification requests to ensure timely completion
  • Log, track, and document verification results accurately
  • Escalate incomplete, delayed, or negative verification results as required
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in administrative support, identity verification, records management, or a similar role is preferred
