Quality Records Clerk
We are seeking a new Quality Records Clerk.
Thisis an entry level position, although any previous experience in manufacturing, production, or document control is very useful.
Job details:- Processes, validates and preserves documents/records for the quality department.
- Customer focus, company quality goals, and a willingness to assist as needed are expectations for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews and verifies documents/records for accuracy and audit readiness.
- Modifies filing and maintains documents/records as assigned.
- Maintains files for documents/records to ensure easy retrieval and access.
- Maintains specified or authorized databases for tracking purposes.
- Serves as liaison for the quality assurance department with all other departments to gather information and resolve specific documentation issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm.
