Become a Manager of Construction Advisors at Southern California Edison (SCE) and help deliver some of the most complex and impactful energy infrastructure projects in California. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for owner-side construction oversight across a diverse portfolio that includes hydroelectric facilities, dam rehabilitations, gas turbines, utility‑scale battery storage, decommissioning projects, bridges, desalination plants, and more.

As the Manager of Construction Advisors
, you will shape how SCE plans, oversees, and executes construction across Generation Major Projects & Engineering's capital portfolio. You'll establish the vision, standards, and operating model for the construction advisors while leading a team that helps identify risks early, improve project outcomes, and ensure the safe delivery of critical infrastructure. Your leadership will help power communities, strengthen the electric grid, and advance the clean energy transition.

• Manages the execution of major construction projects, providing direct supervision to exempt employees and ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Provides guidance on constructability reviews, logistics planning, and productivity analysis to optimize field execution and resolve operational challenges.
• Implements standardized project controls across assigned projects, including cost estimating, scheduling, change management, and documentation procedures.
• Oversees equipment and material delivery schedules, monitors construction performance metrics, and takes corrective action to maintain progress.
• Develops action plans and procedures to address issues arising during general operations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
• Recommends changes to policies and procedures affecting the immediate work group to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Ensures the protection and proper handling of sensitive project data, financial information, and cybersecurity assets in accordance with company standards.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

• Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising construction project management or construction advisor/oversight roles supporting construction projects
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
