Power Utility – Transmission & Distribution GIS FME and Oracle Spatial Senior Application Developer
Work Location:
Rosemead, California
Number of Openings: 1
Duration of Hiring: 6 months

Skill Set:
- Analysis, Design, development and Implementation of geographical information system using FME and Oracle Spatial
- Prepare Impact Analysis and Technical Design docs for new releases
- Coordinate with Client team, offshore team and other client teams on project related activities
Qualifications Basic:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Electrical Engineering or Power Systems background preferred
- At least 8 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill sets
Must have skill:
- Strong application design and development experience in FME and Oracle Spatial
- Knowledge in Electric Transmission and Distribution
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
- Working knowledge of tools like Client Quality Center, RTC
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, Agile
- Development experience in ESRI/FME/Python Scripting is nice to have
