The Financial Analyst (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for providing analytical support to Operations and Marketing leadership, contributing insights to the company’s sales performance and marketing programs. This position identifies issues affecting the company’s financial performance.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for analysis/reports on sales transactions and average check trends (mix and pricing) to identify issues affecting the company’s financial performance.
- Partners with the Marketing department in determining the financial impact and performance of media and promotions. Tests market initiatives and their financial impact.
- Serves as lead in weekly, periodic, and annual planning of sales and advertising items.
- Performs ad hoc analysis on sales and marketing metrics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
- Minimum three years of finance and financial experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality industry
- Successful completion of annual store training if hired
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,000 / Annual. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
