Reasons Eating Disorder Center located in the Pasadena and Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area is seeking a qualified professional to serve as Residential Program Manager. The role requires caring, compassionate leadership and the ability to manage a diverse patient population, including those with eating disorders, trauma, substance use, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

The Program Manager assumes responsibility for daily facility operations, supervision of both clinical and non‑clinical staff, and ensuring patient care is accurate, timely, and compliant with policy and regulatory standards. The position reports to the Residential Director of Nursing and may provide direct patient care.

• Assume responsibility for complete facility operations and staff management.
• Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and facility administration.
• Assist the Director of Nursing and Clinical Director in evaluating staff performance and participating in new staff orientation.
• Assist in implementing facility policies and procedures.
• Evaluate patient/milieu acuity and report high acuity to the Director of Nursing.
• Schedule staff assignments and program schedules according to acuity and budgetary guidelines.

Licensure: Master’s degree and license preferred in one of the following:
Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Psychologist, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or a related license meeting eligibility criteria.

Education: Degree from an accredited program in a relevant field of study.

Experience: Supervisory/managerial experience required, preferably in a psychiatric or residential treatment facility. Experience with eating disorder populations is preferred; specialized education and training may be acceptable in lieu of experience.

Additional Requirements: This position requires flexible hours and participation in an on‑call rotation.
