- Ensure solution aligns with industry best practices and SAP WFS standards
- Advice on how to best leverage out-of-the-box capabilities vs. customizations
- Design Assurance (Time & Job Scheduling)
- Advice on shift patterns, time policies, job rotations, and task assignments.
- Ensure that regulatory, union, or site-specific time rules are properly captured.
- Recommend ways to optimize job scheduling for workforce efficiency and compliance.
- Absence/leave management
- Scheduling rules and constraints
- Advice on how to design business-friendly processes and screens
- Review data mapping and transformation logic from SAP ECC to SAP WFS.
- Provide advisory input on integration touchpoints with:
- SAP Success Factors
- Payroll (e.g., SAP ECP, 3rd party payroll systems)
- SAP S/4
HANA - SSAM
- Help provide product support to troubleshoot issues arising during testing
