AI​/ML Tech Lead – Generative AI

We are seeking anAI/ML Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Generative AIto design and deliver production-grade LLM-powered solutions. This role focuses on building scalable GenAI systems onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), leveragingGemini models,RAG architectures, andagentic workflowsto solve complex business problems.

You’ll work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to translate business needs into robust AI/ML solutions while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Design, build, and deployproduction-ready Generative AI applications and APIson GCP.

ImplementRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines using vector databases and unstructured data sources.

Develop and manageend-to-end MLOps pipelines(training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring) usingVertex AI, Kubeflow, Cloud Build, and Terraform.

Optimize model performance throughfine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model compression techniques(e.g., GPTQ, AWQ).

Architect scalable and cost-efficient GCP infrastructure with a strong focus onsecurity, IAM, and VPC design.

Collaborate cross-functionally to define AI/ML technical roadmaps and deliver business-impacting solutions.

Ensure adherence todata privacy, security, and ethical AI standards(HIPAA, GDPR, where applicable).

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

5–8+ yearsof industry experience in Machine Learning.

3+ years of hands-on experiencebuilding and deployingGenerative AI / LLM-based solutionsin production.

Strong experience withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), includingVertex AI, Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Run.

Advanced proficiency inPythonand ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Hands-on experience withLLM frameworks/toolssuch asLang Chain, Llama Index, or Hugging Face.

Solid understanding ofSQLand unstructured data processing.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration(Lang Graph, Auto Gen, etc.).

Deep understanding ofvector databases(Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone, Chroma).

Proven ability tolead technical initiativesand mentor junior engineers.
