Technical Solution Architect ITSM and Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Architect end to end solutions using BMC/Helix ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB.
• Design monitoring and observability strategies using BMC Truesight, BHOM, and AIOps, Dynatrace, including dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Create Software Asset Management (SAM) and license optimization solutions using Flexera.
• Develop integration architecture between Helix, Dynatrace, Flexera, and external systems via APIs, web services, and event frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL, enterprise architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements.

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong hands on expertise in BMC Helix ITSM:
  Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Service Request Management.
• Deep understanding of BMC Helix CMDB: data model, reconciliation rules, normalization, CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
• Experience with BMC Helix Discovery and service models.
• Experience with BMC Helix Operations - AIOps and Dynatrace:
  Service Ops and AI Agents, APM, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, and synthetic monitoring.
• Ability to design end to end observability architectures across apps, infrastructure, and cloud.
