  Additional Requirements:
• BMC Helix Developer will be supporting the development, implementation, upgrades, and support of the IT Service Management system.
• The developer will also provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability and process gaps (ITSM/ITIL), thereby providing positive Service Management experience aligned with the overall business requirements.
• BMC Helix developer requires platform development and administration experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives within the organization.
• The developer should possess capability to design, configure, and support tools and integrations. The developer works across applications, delivers new functionality as well as supporting existing functionality and implements innovative solutions to support technology and business needs.
• Qualified candidates will have a strong working knowledge of developing, implementing, enhancing, and managing BMC Helix Platform for a moderate to large IT Services groups.
