Job Overview

Pay Range: $92.15hr - $106.33hr

• Possesses seven to ten years of project management experience.
• Strong expertise in end to end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi domain modernization efforts including application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, decommissioning, and platform consolidation.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical detail into business ready language.
• Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone based performance oversight.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decision making.

• Partnering with a product owner to learn customer needs, prioritizing the backlog, and reviewing user stories.
• Focusing on delegating authority and fostering self-organization among team members to create added value for the project.
• Solving roadblocks and issues when the team cannot see a way out.
• Supporting the Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program across the Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement work streams.
• Overseeing end to end planning and execution of modernization initiatives.
• Coordinating cross functional technical and business teams to ensure alignment with architectural, financial, and operational objectives.
• Driving project schedules, facilitating due diligence and design sessions, and managing risks and dependencies.
• Reviewing and approving solution documentation and coordinating vendors and MSPs.
• Maintaining clear communications across stakeholders and ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately.
• Supporting business case development and enabling consistent governance and delivery practices.

• Project Management certification preferred.
• PMP.
• Agile delivery credentials, such as PMI ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe.
• Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work.

• Bachelor Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
