Trident Consulting is seeking a Data Operations Support Specialist for one of our clients in Rosemead, CA (Hybrid-Mon & Tue) A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Summary
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
- Gather and compile data from databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain and update records, files, and tracking logs.
- Execute Excel macros for transactions, including New Rentals and Rental Closeouts.
- Perform system updates, including status changes and maintenance plan deactivations.
- Run macros for vehicle remarketing deactivation and sales item processing.
- Review, update, and create Work Instructions and job aids.
- Support SAP data cleanup and data quality initiatives.
- Process Role Mapping and User Access Requests.
- Prepare, review, update, and distribute Excel reports, including TSD Labor Reports.
- Maintain toll account records, including adding/removing license plates and ensuring data accuracy.
Required Skills / Attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow defined processes and execute repeatable tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills / Attributes
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience creating or updating work instructions and process documentation.
- Familiarity with data cleanup, reporting, or operational support functions.
Education Requirement
- Associate's Degree
